Drives with good heads (No clicking) and good bearings (No beeping) will not exceed $200 for the repair and recovery.

Note: Clicking and beeping is a sound that is emitted at a repeatable interval. Normally about once every second. If your drive is emitting the normal random sound that a drive makes, the price will be under $200.

Clicking or Seized drives will never exceed labor rate of $500 for all laptop drives (any size) and desktop drives under 100GB.

Clicking or Seized drives Desktop drives over 100GB will range from $500 to $1,000.
( Price depends on drive size, amount of damage and cost of parts.)

If we get no data, you do not pay for the repair.

Additional charges may apply for parts, postage, tax and return media.

We will always obtain your approval before buying any part.

Example of failures that can be fixed for under $200 are: Virus, reformat, software failure, new operating system install, lost or deleted files, drive burnt out, many bad sectors.

If you provide us a blank drive to copy the recovered files to, there will be no backup media charge. Otherwise backup media will cost $5 per DVD at 4.7GB per DVD. You can also talk to our Engineers about purchasing a new drive.

Postage by UPS ground normally runs under $12.00 for two pounds.

All failures are different so we can't give you a fixed price without seeing your drive.
